Our Sessions
MONDAYS 6pm - 8pm
Seasonal - April - September
Netherton Reservoir,
Dudley Watersports Centre, Highbridge Road, Netherton Dudley DY2 0HL
Guests are requested to sign up for a NOWCA Membership at nowca.org costing £12 per year however we do allow guests for a one-off swim. Swims are charged at £5.50 each. Children aged 8-14 can swim at the costs of £2 with a full paying adult. The child must swim with the adult at all times. (child must also sign up to nowca.org). Free Hot drinks and biscuits, clubhouse, changing rooms and hot showers.

Social runs - pace and distance depending on ability.

Coached Swim Session
Wednesbury Leisure Centre, High Bullen, Wednesbury
Swim session to sets for endurance. Workshops to improve technique and learn new skills. Beginners welcomed and encouraged.

Social runs - pace and distance depending on ability. We will incorporate a timed 5k &/or 10k , and on occassions Land Training, Games, Speed Sessions, Tough Endurance.

Swim session to sets for endurance. Workshops to improve technique and learn new skills. Beginners welcomed and encouraged. Junior Lane available also
